Presidents* Trump & Putin bromance

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Hilarious; nobody cares if you don't care that "leftists are lining up.....to sniff John Brennan's butt." You really do need to get off this fetish you have about shit and butts and fudge.

John Brennan was about 30 years old in 1976 and a young idealist. Gus Hall ran for president several times as a Communist. He has a long history of labor union activism going back to the 1930's and was advocating for labor in 76 which is about the time that corporate America began selling out the American worker in favor of cheap foreign labor. Bernie was smart enough back then to see what this would lead to. And now we have it; our country totally dependent on a foreign country providing us with everything from our clothes to our toothbrushes, not to mention the astronomical trade deficit this creates because we don't make anything here anymore. But I guess you will take the side of the corporate fat cats who benefit from this cheap labor and cheer at the top of your lungs about how our economy has become a service economy instead of an industrial powerhouse like it was for about a hundred years before 1976. This only shows your stupidity and demonstrates how you vote against your own interests and the interests of your kids and grandkids.

John Brennan calling attention to the fact that our country is facing a national security crisis is commendable and deserves no further comment.

It sounds to me like you have been reading right wing nutjob opinion articles and glomming onto their more idiotic talking points and are now parroting them on this forum. What the fuck is wrong with you? Can't you find any articles about farts, shit, fudge, and leftists? Goddamn.
Once again, pitiful 1 FAT CAN demonstrates what a moronic pussy s/he is.

1. The only place where I've heard about John Brennan's comments is here. Sane and honest patriots across the board are condemning Dolt .45's direct assault on our national security.

2. Whatever John Brennan said or did in the very remote past is just 1 FAT CAN's desperate and cowardly deflection. The ONLY thing that matters is whether Brennan and so very many others are correct about our election security now. Of course, this is a topic that 1 FAT CAN is too much of a cultist wimp to address. S/he even quotes while then completely cowering from:

That's how much 1 FAT CAN worships 45SHOLE and detests both democracy and America. S/he is such a sniveling worm that s/he has allowed her/himself to be turned into a useful idiot for Putin.

3. Of course Bernie! doesn't reveal the contents of classified intelligence briefings, duh. The funny thing is that if he had ass-kissing 1 FAT CAN would be attacking him for doing so.

In other words, 1 FAT CAN is a crybaby idiot, again and again.

Opps! After reading my post about Brennan I noticed two errors I made.....one is that he was about 20 years old in 76, not 30. And a few lines later I typed "Bernie" instead of "Brennan" but have now fixed it. None of this changes the fact that cat fan is hopelessly brainwashed by wingunt talking points. sad

Thanks. Once again you demonstrate the courage and commitment to integrity that 1 FAT CAN entirely lacks.

1 FAT CAN's parroting of Dolt 45's moronic screech, “Wouldn’t he rather have Bernie, who honeymooned in Moscow?” also makes 1 FAT CAN a crybaby idiot, again.

1. It mostly was not to "Moscow". It was a visit to Burlington's sister-city, Yaroslavl.

2. It was not a traditional honeymoon. Mayor Bernie and his bride were members of a 12-person delegation from Burlington.

3. Throughout the 1980s there were thousands of such US-Soviet cultural and educational contacts, all seeking an alternate path to Reagan's wingnutty and very expensive belligerence. 45SHOLE is too oblivious to remember, and perhaps 1 FAT CAN's ignorance is explained by youth.

4. https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2 ... sanders-u/
When reached for comment, Sanders’ campaign said that the dates for the trip had already been set, and the couple "set their wedding date to coincide with that trip because they didn't want to take more time off."

In a 2007 interview, Jane Sanders also recalled the peculiar timing: "The day after we got married, we marched in a Memorial Day parade, and then we took off in a plane to start the sister city project with Yaroslavl with 10 other people on my honeymoon."
Perfectly practical, reasonable and innocent. Funny, neither 45SHOLE nor 1 FAT CAN mention that the Sanders also "honeymooned" in a Memorial Day parade. Must be because of the lifelong cowardly Chickenhawk in Chief and 1 FAT CAN's hatred for the military.

5. The USSR was very very different from what it had been. Mikhail Gorbachev was president and perestroika was in bloom.
In 1987, Reagan and Gorbachev signed the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, and in 1988, Reagan himself spoke in Moscow’s Red Square. One year later brought the fall of the Berlin Wall. Three years later, the Soviet Union collapsed.
6. 45SHOLE expresses his ongoing disdain for Reagan with his criticism of the Sanders. Figures, deserving or not Reagan was our last respected Repug POTUS, a distinction that brittle ego POSPOTUS will never achieve.

Opps, once again dutiful parrot 1 FAT CAN makes an idiot of her/himself with her/his knee-jerk ass kissing.

A man no longer in the CIA that voted for a communist party candidate tweets something to a leftist media outlet and leftists run with it in a briefing. Just an example to why leftists failed to overthrow the Presidency, and who ever leftists choose from their pathetic cast of candidates will fail them, again.

The Intelligence Committee briefing was held and information presented to that committee by trump administration officials, not Brennan. Brennan was not at the briefing and had nothing to do with its origin or content. Why is this so hard for you to understand?

7. In 1988 the USSR was imminently failing communist. Today, Russia is rabidly pillaging capitalist. It's way stupid of 45SHOLE to try and smear Bernie, with 1 FAT CAN's obedient regurgitation, over a trip more than 3 decades ago as a wussy deflection from his own CURRENT submissiveness to Putin. Bernie is as anti-oligarchy as they come.

Bug eyes Adam Schiff was there while the committee was briefed on a communist party voting grudgeful former CIA employee's tweet forwarded by a leftist media outlet. Leftists will just have to embrace choosing from those pathetic candidates.

Schiff is the chairman of the House intelligence committee. The committee is not concerned with or affected by any media articles that may or may not be out there and John Brennan was not the subject of any discussion by the committee. Why do you keep bringing up irrelevant accusations that have nothing to do with the committee briefing? Is it because you really are as stupid as you seem? Where do you get your "facts" from? Wherever it is, you're being badly misinformed and misled. You did better with the farts and shit and fudge stuff but I suppose that's understandable since you're so woefully brainwashed about any of actually what is going on. How can you be so gullible and ignorant? Why do you rabidly defend a raccoon eyed juvenile moron and pathological liar who has been convicted of running a fake university and fake charity? Do you long to attend one of his ridiculous pep rallies in order to commune with like minded idiots? You and people with views like yours demonstrate to Putin how successful his disinformation campaign in the US has been and continues to be. Maybe one day you will realize this but I have my doubts. Do you think you might die soon?

It's big of 1 CAT FAN to admit that s/he hates America and democracy, and that s/he believes that the treason s/he supports will be successful. Could be, but without it they're just adorable delusions!
2016 - A lousy Dem candidate won the popular vote and BARELY lost the EC by 77K votes across 3 key states, while the GOP needed dark money, campaign finance felonies, massive voter suppression and Russian help to win;
The Dems GAINED US House and Senate seats in 2016;
The Dems creamed the GOP in VA in 2017;
The Dems picked up an AL Senate seat, AL!, in 2017;
The Dems have won EVERY tossup race in 2017 and 2018;
The Dems creamed the GOP in 2018;
The Dems creamed the GOP in VA, KY and LA in 2019.
Most Americans want impeached POSPOTUS ousted before 1/20/2021.
Get the picture, Trumpette?

Interesting, in CA-50, the district recently vacated by the disgraced and sleazy Duncan Hunter, the two Republicans fighting each other for the primary win (Issa and DeMaio) have totally given up on attracting any votes other than the hard core Trumpettes. Their ads are nothing other than touting their trumpiness and bashing the other one for lack of trumpiness. No attempt to pick up anybody else. So one has to assume they either believe that all Republicans in their rather large Southern California district are hard core Trumpettes, or that it's fruitless to try to get anybody else and all they care about is getting the nominate (fired by Trumpettes) and hope there are enough hard core Trumpettes to win in the general. And they may be right, running against the Dem candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar. The district covers northeast San Diego County and part of southern Riverside County - all of it mostly rural.

CA-50 has been Repug since the 2002 election, even after Duke Cunningham was imprisoned for 8 years, and reelecting Duncan Hunter after he was indicted by a federal grand jury for misusing campaign funds.

Rep. Will Hurd, a Texas Republican, asked House Intelligence Committee ranking member Rep. Devin Nunes for some time for questioning, and pressed the briefer about what led to that statement and how many intelligence reports it was based on.The briefer responded that they did not have the underlying data, just the assessment, the source said.https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/21/politics ... index.html

We are now in a full-blown national security crisis. By trying to prevent the flow of intelligence to Congress, Trump is abetting a Russian covert operation to keep him in office for Moscow’s interests, not America’s. John Brennan tweeted then forwarded by the NYTimes.

From Neo's link - Former CIA director John Brennan has also sounded the alarm about the Trump administration’s alleged interference in the operations of US national security. Mr Brennan referred to the dismissal of Mr Maguire as “a virtual decapitation of the intelligence community”.https://www.yahoo.com/news/very-afraid- ... 21630.html

He didn't have to be there for leftists to use his words. Not that his comments would help leftists, he's not a CIA official and the intel briefer said that they did not have any underlying data, just some assessment. Nothing the left has done since the election to overthrow the Presidency has worked. They know they have no chance in November.

Wouldn't matter, 50 isn't my district anyway. We just have to put up with the incessant TV ads each accusing the other of "betraying Trump" or some such idiocy. Fortunately, there's a mute button and ad-snipping DVR.
