Faux Noise

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

At least Judge Judy is not a trumper. She's obnoxious enough to fit in with them, though. She came out for Bloomberg during the primaries.

Whoever she gave the BJ to might now be missing some private parts.

Professors, Journalists Call Out Fox News’ Coronavirus Misinformation In Scathing Letter

Dozens of professors and teachers of journalism and communications have signed a scathing open letter calling out Fox News’ coverage of the coronavirus crisis, describing it as “a danger to public health.”

Some 77 academics and journalists had signed the letter as of Thursday morning, accusing the widely watched conservative network of contributing “to the spread of a grave pandemic.” ...

Well, I just don't believe it. If Obama HAD activated the deep state operatives, or even just a few of them, I don't think Sean Hannity would be told about it. :lol:

Hannity is a deep deep deep state media operative, doing his best to prevent reelection.

Fox News is telling its employees to work from home for at least another month while its TV hosts push for businesses to reopen

Any Faux Noise hosts pushing for businesses to reopen and employees that agree with them should be required to go into work. Let us know how it turns out.

Praises be to Dr. Atlas, he has nailed down the whys and the fixes for covid-19. Here we have this great radiologist from the Hoover Institute and we are only just now hearing his words of wisdom.

All the spreading is due to blavk people protesting
And brown people streaming over the border.

"They correlate mainly to two things -- the big thousands and thousands of people with protesting, sharing megaphones, screaming. That's a setup to spread cases," Atlas said. "And also when you look at the analysis of the border counties, there's a tremendous amount of cases coming over the border and exchanging with families in the northern Mexico states."

What an asshole. Maybe someone should explain to him the differences between indoors and outdoors, and masked and unmasked, as well as letting him know that "sharing megaphones" is not a significant contributor to a pandemic that has killed 138K.

Speaking of Faux Noise racism:

Fox News Staffers Erupt Over Network’s Racism: Bosses ‘Created a White Supremacist Cell’

Whoa. Long, but very interesting to me.

Summary:

Faux Noise has a long and despicable history of internal and on air white supremacy;
It's not getting better;
Ingraham and Carlson are singled out for being swine;
There's internal and external resistance to this racism;
There's as yet no indication that this resistance will lead to reform.

Why would they "reform"? They're providing exactly what their demographic expects. What would happen to a porn producer if he "reformed" and started making rom-coms? He wouldn't be very good at it; his regular audience would desert him; and he wouldn't pick up a new audience because of his past history/reputation.

Great metaphor, but I wish you hadn't put the image of Ingraham and Carlson porn in my head. :puke-left:
