The LEO thread

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Hey, 1 FAT CAN, where did I minimize 9/11? Be specific, we all know what a whiny sleazebag you are. This should be entertaining seeing you cower from your clear, Commandment-level sinful, Christian false witness.

Btw, dummy, many of the victims of mass shootings that I commemorate on page 111 were "white Christians" and two of the massacres occurred inside Christian churches. Pay attention. Oh, that's right, YOU think "It’s ok" because you love your compensatory fetish toys and most of the shooters were White cons.

Would you like to have a one on one conversation with each of the family members. rhetorical
For what purpose? To console them over the fact that nearly all of the hijackers were Saudis or Egyptians and that our country ignores this? Or to explain to them why the policies we advocate tend to create more terrorists? Or to try to rationally explain why we invaded Iraq because their loved ones were killed? Or is it just to give them lip service with meaningless "thoughts and prayers" babbling that serves no purpose? Or maybe to explain to them how the terrorists have won and forced us all to take our shoes off at airports and be in perpetual fear? Aside from all that, having a one to one talk with probably ten thousand people would take quite some time and nothing I could say to them will serve to lessen their loss? Would you like to have a cyanide pill for the day on which you realize that you're a half wit neo fascist that cannot tell fact from fiction? So many questions, so little time.

It's always push, push, push, until some idiot reacts and then it's poor poor America the victim.

I knew that you would cower from the challenge, that how you childish, lying, so-called Christians are. The fact is that I started this tangent by commemorating the "241 NYPD officers have died from 9/11 illnesses, 10 times the number killed in World Trade Center attack," along with hundreds of firefighters and other disaster workers, most of whom were surely "white Christians".

You're just butthurt because I accurately linked it to the ongoing stolen valor by your idol, 45SHOLE. He and you are the ones disrespecting the dead, the injured and their families. Repent!

Yes, you used it disrespectfully in a college football reference.

You're really a piece of work; why haven't you been offered a position in the trump administration? Disrespectful? That's what you've been trolling for the whole time. The only disrespect I discern here is from you; trying to bait any or all of us into posting something you can define as pro Muslim, anti Christian, or anti American. Treating these "horrific events" in such a way as to mollify your own perverted motives is what's really disrespectful. But I really don't mind since I have no respect for you and were I to encounter you in person I would afford you as much disrespect as I think you can handle.

Spot on, neoplacebo. Thanks.

1 FAT CAN, are you really that stupid, or just that cowardly when busted? My "college football reference" is an expression of support for 9/11 victims and responders by proclaiming my utter disdain for your hero's exploitation of them. It's YOUR problem that the truth about 45SHOLE offends you, snowflake, not mine.

Not quite. In 14 months he will be saying exactly what he said after the 2004 election, "I'm not a republican, I'm an Independent and there were many of us true Patriots who didn't vote for trump because ..."
For example, stolen valor.
That's even giving you credit for not approving of valor stolen from your supposed fellow LEOs. Apparently, I was being too generous. You're perfectly okay with POSPOTUS abusing cops, firefighters and other rescuers. Shame.

As predicted:

But why only in this horrific event? Other than the size of the event, how does it differ from, say, any of the many mass shootings. Is it really more difficult or heart-rendering to tell a mother her kid got killed in the Twin Towers, or tell her he got shot at school? I knew people who died in the Twin Towers, and I know a couple who, on a normal day, would have been there but weren't through good luck. All I'm saying is that if 3,000 people getting killed in one day is worthy of 18 years of law changes, beefed up security, restrictions on citizenry, and annual commemoration, then 36,000 people getting killed in one year ought to be worth something more than thoughts and prayers and a hearty harumpph.

A couple of days ago I thought to myself that the cat fan is trolling to see if he can get one of us to disparage, minimize, or rationalize the 9/11 attacks. Since it didn't happen fast enough for him, he's created his own and probably thinks he's quite clever. I'm not going to disabuse him of this notion but I will say that our blind support of Israel sure creates a lot of terrorists for us and that we only have ourselves to blame. How's that? Now start thumping your bible and sputtering more nonsense. You're welcome.
It was claimed by ObL that our adoring support for Saudi royalty was also a motivating factor. That adoration persists today with the excusing of the assassination of American-resident journalist Jamal Khashoggi, our abetting genocide in Yemen and:

Donald Trump Shows Power Of U.S. By Curtsying For Saudi King
He once criticized Barack Obama for bowing to the country’s leader.

Then, there was that time the Saudis decided to see how stupid a pic they could get 45SHOLE to pose for.
"Hey Ali, does your granny still have that disco ball packed away in her attic"?

Were these on the same trip that trump did the sword dance with the Royal entourage? That one was my favorite because I was hoping he'd fall on the damn thing and impale himself on it.

Idk, has he made more than one trip to SA?

"Hey Ali, that disco ball thing was awesome. What other stupid thing can we get them to do"?

Trump, Tillerson, Ross dance with swords in Saudi Arabia

It's true, white boys got no rhythm and just can't dance. :D

Ironically, Rex Tillerson did fall on his sword. Still waiting on Wilbur Ross and 45SHOLE.

Ah, don't sell yourself short. You know what you were doing as well as I do. And you prove my point about not knowing the difference between fact and fiction; there is a vast difference between hate and apathy or just not being enraptured over something. None of us, to my knowledge, has desecrated a Christian church or shrine or murdered any Christians or threatened to do so. None of us get up on Sunday morning and go out with bullhorns telling Christians they should renounce their faith. You just can't tell the difference between hate and indifference. About a mile from where I sit is the cemetery where my grandparents and parents are buried; the place is slap full of crosses and other Christian gimcracks but I've never had the slightest inclination to go over there and smash headstones with crosses on them. But if I hated Christianity don't you think such a vast opportunity as I describe would get me all wound up for some Christian hatred? Besides the cemetery, there are three Christian churches within walking distance of where I sit; don't you think if I hated Christianity I would visit one or all three some Sunday morning or evening and attempt to change those folks ways? What this forum hates is ignorance and bigotry and hypocrisy and stupidity, not necessarily in that order. Hope this helps. And stop crying.

How did we get from national reaction relating to disasters to hatred of Christianity? No rational way to do that unless (gasp) Vrede was right -

Me neither, though I do have this sudden urge to desecrate Christian churches and cemeteries with Clemson Tigers logos. It'll probably pass, but keep an eye on the news just in case.

I once had sex - with an adult - on the swingset of a church playground, but I consider that to be more sacred than desecration. I also was a Catholic church janitor for a couple of years. The priests really liked my politics, and I was co-activist with a couple of the nuns. I never once desecrated it, though I think I stole one kinda cool candle once  .

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I only “hate” whiny, lying, cowardly Christian bigots like you, 1 FAT CAN. Otherwise, I would be applauding the church shootings on page 111 rather than lamenting them. Pay attention, crybaby.

For the record, I have worked closely with peace, anti-racist, anti-homophobic, anti-nuclear, and social and economic justice Christians here and abroad for decades. I have always been impressed with and jealous of the depth of commitment that their faith gives them.

You’re just screeching like a toddler and dishonestly imagining the cheering of Christian 9/11 deaths because you don’t have the balls to admit that you have CHOSEN the dark, hateful and ugly side of Christianity and get called out for it. Sorry, but even most Christians now disown you.

You are once again misinformed; explains a lot about the things you post. Your comprehension skills leave a lot to be desired; I am not "convincing" myself of anything nor keeping up a "front." You, on the other hand, are desperately trying to convince yourself that you have some sort of point or that you imagine that anyone not an evangelical or fundamentalist Christian "hates" Christianity. As I mentioned before, you came into this discussion in an effort to get someone to say something about 9/11 that your dazed and confused brain would allow you to feign outrage over. When you didn't get it, you made one up. And here we are. I have no idea if you're trying to "convince" yourself that you have a point, but there's no doubt in my mind that you keep up a front of being a Christian, and both the convincing yourself and your front work hand in hand; they complement and reinforce each other.

We got to this when cat could not bait anyone into saying anything about 9/11 that he could feign outrage over, he invented his own, I called him out on it, and now he's slithering all over the place trying to convince himself he has a point, which is that all of us hate Christianity.
