I think they got the payments/appearance issue straightened out, with no (provable) wrongdoing on Favre's part.
Yeah, probably.

But he's still slimy and stinky, not to mention box-of-rocks stupid for the Trump remark.
Yeah, definitely.

Ouch. Is it worse when you watch the whole game . . . and still lose?

Poor Cam. I told him the Pats were a bad idea.
Bengals?
Seahawks!

The NFC South is shaping up to be a contest between old GOATs, Brady and Brees.

6 of the NFC East's 8 total wins have been vs other NFC East teams.

Tonight: 1-6 Giants vs 5-2 Brady.

Sun:
2-6 Dallas vs undefeated Pitt.
Giants vs 2-5 DC, somebody eventually has to lose.

11/15: Giants vs 3-4-1 Iggles, somebody eventually has to lose.

QB ratings:
DC's Haskins Jr 27.6
Iggles' Wentz 49.1
Giants' Jones 56.2
Dallas' Prescott 75.4

So it's snowing hard all day and we don't get Seahawks here - which as it turns out may not be bad. They give us Denver and Atlanta, so we go OK, we can pretend to be Denver fans for a day. Bad choice. Then we get Steelers/Cowboys and Raiders/LA Traitors. Maybe we'll root for Raiders. Or turn on the Nascar race and take a nap.

Don't they call us "snowbirds" because we *avoid* days like this?

Agreed. :(

LV Traitors/LA Traitors.

Panthers, on TV here, just short vs KC. :( Mahomes motioning for empty stadium crowd noise is 2020 sad.
Yay Ravens!
Too bad, GoCubsGo.
Go 0-8 Jets vs 2-5 New England Mon night. Who scheduled that?

That was a strange end to the first half.
Steelers missed a FG.
However, play was blown dead due to a false start.
Steelers backed up 5 yards.
Chris Boswell kicked a 59-yard field goal, his best ever by 6 yards, the longest in Steeler history. Hah.
9-13 Cowbrats.

I like the Stillers OK, but you have to root for the Dallas QB. First NFL start after 5 or so years sitting on various benches, practice squads, and AAF pretend league. And he's doing really well to take advantage of his opportunity.

Stacey Abrams could play for Dallas and I would still root against them, especially with the 2020 TX and PA votes. However, I like Dak, too, and didn't cheer his ugly injury.

The end of the 1st half was even stranger. Boswell had missed a PAT just 1:10 earlier.

Woohoo, game winning TD with 2:14 left. The Cowbrats won all but the last 2:15 of each half.

Win-win-win for all, I guess. Stillers still undefeated, Cowboys (and Jerry Jone) lost, and Gilbert still gets credit for a career-breakout game. The good week continues.

1st game QBs are 0-8 vs the Steelers, though I'm not sure how unique that is. One would expect 1st game QBs to most often lose, especially against historically decent or better teams.

Plus, Philadelphia leads the NFC East at 3-4-1, and the New York Giants are not in the solo cellar thanks to their "triumph" over DC today.

The ragtag group of large guys formerly known as "Redskins" might need to reconsider their current name if they stay as awful as they are.

:D

The city and its embarrassed residents are sure wishing that they would reconsider the name.

Go Jets!
