If so, a sentimental boon. Let's hope for a production boon, too.

MN is and will remain the #6 seed.
I think GB could end up the #1, #2 or #3 seed. If #3, it gets MN again in GB  .
SF and Seattle will win the West or be the #5 seed and going to Philly or Dallas, which is almost as good as a bye ;) .
If SF > Seattle, I think it's the #1 seed.
If Seattle > SF, I'm not sure what its seeding possibilities are, maybe #1, #2 or #3.

Marshawn Lynch had been training just in case Seahawks needed him

I hope he does well, he's gotten a lot shorter:

Seriously, what a strange pic to include.

Oakland > LA Chargers! Sweet. I think they're in the playoffs at 8-8 if they win @Denver, and if TN & Pitt both lose again next week.

Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles. Go Eagles! Cool. The Eagles are in if they beat @NYG or @Dallas loses to DC next week.

Surprising number of games that matter.

Pats & KC might be battling over the #2 & #3 seeds. I don't care.

4 daytime games on TV! Why not every week?

Go:

Miami > @New England. TV early, yawn.
@Carolina > New Orleans. Give the #1 seed to Seattle. TV early.
@Detroit > Green Bay. Give the #1 seed to Seattle.
@Baltimore > Pittsburgh. Give the #6 seed to Oakland.
Washington > @Dallas. Send the Boys home for the year. TV late.
Philadelphia > @NY Giants. Playoffs, baby. TV late.
Oakland > @Denver. Playoffs, baby.
@Houston > Tennessee. Give the #6 seed to Oakland, or 2nd choice Pittsburgh.
@Seattle > San Francisco tonight, but losing ain't the end of the world.

Funny. Highlight of the show.
3 Black QBs beat Tom Brady.

Thanks.
A white QB finally beat Brady  . KC wins and gets the bye.
@Carolina > New Orleans. Give the #1 seed to Seattle. TV early. Nope, but I don't hate New Orleans.
@Detroit > Green Bay. Give the #1 seed to Seattle. Nope, but I don't hate Green Bay. It has a 1st round bye.
If San Francisco wins tonight New Orleans has the #3 seed and plays MN.
If Seattle wins tonight it has the #3 seed and plays MN. One could make the case that it would be better for Seattle to lose and play Philly in Philly  . I guess I'll just root for a good game.
Chicago 21, @Minnesota 19, congrats.

1st touch - Beast up the middle for a 7 contested yards  .

Which would you and Lady O prefer - #3 seed and 10-6 Vikings at home, or #5 seed and 9-7 Eagles in Philly? I know the obvious answer is #3, but getting #5 really might make for an easier game to win.

I think the Seahawks may have had a better road record than a home record this year. Anyway, it won't matter if they don't get any better than they're playing tonight. :(

The defense is hanging in there. If the Seahawks somehow win tonight, it will be ironic if they lose to MN and SF beats Philly.

But fly he did! How'd you like to have been the dude on the receiving end of that leap? 250 pounds of flying Beast right in the face.

Wow, half of a football length!

When I was a goalie and a ball would get by me and hit an upright or the crossbar I would say, "It's cool, I had everything else covered." :D That's what that SF defender said.

Well, there was a blatant PI in the end zone during that last series that wasn't called, but maybe Seattle skated on some earlier calls.

I like the Ravens in the AFC and am okay with the Bills.

I like all of the NFC teams, not one of them going to the SB will ruin my season. If I had to rank them:

1. Seattle or SF
3. NO
4. GB, MN or Philly

I don't think there was anything to blame for their loss other than themselves not playing as well as the 'Niners. But at the end, they had given themselves a chance to win, which is a lot better than it looked like they'd have after the first half. I'll keep rooting for the 'Hawks as long as they're in it (duh) but once they go down, and maybe once the Iggles go down, I'll be like "Go 'Niners"

Cowboys

It’s sad that America’s team has to endure the fiasco that is Jerry Jones and his puppet.

Been a long, long while since Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson.
Eliminated. :violin: :lolno:
