Can't tell when you've already lost, can you? Academically superior MD will lose games and it will be ho-hum. Otoh, with all of your bragging when The Pussies lose a game we get to rub it in for years. Masochist, as I just said.

They've sold 50K t-shirts!!! Now it's not just the swag, fame and showing up the bullies. UT has offered him a full ride scholarship beginning in 2032. That makes me sniffle a little bit.

Vegas spreads. Yahoo! spreads are finalized early Thursday, meaning that they can be over 2.5 days out of date for some games.

Go:

(20)Washington St -8 -9 @Houston, Fri 09/13 09:15 PM ET.
(21)Maryland -7.5 @Temple, ranked & favored :crazy: .
@Indiana +16 (6)Ohio St
(24)USC -5 -4 @BYU, yeah, Mormons are worse.
Go @(17)UCF -7 -7.5 Stanford
Vegas now has UCF -9, only giving away 7.5 is a gift.
(19)Iowa -1.5 -2.5 @Iowa St, tight spread, I would have picked whichever was ranked higher.
(9)Florida -8.5 -7.5 @Kentucky, better than many others in the top 10.
Kent St +35 +35.5 @(8)Auburn, could be another Kent St massacre. Whew, I was worried that they wouldn't fix that :roll: .
@(25)Virginia -7.5 Florida St, anyone but FSU.
@Syracuse +27 +27.5 (1)Clemson, it's happened before.
@(23)Washington -21 Hawaii. Clash of the potheads 8-) .
@UCLA +22 +23 (5)Oklahoma.

And it looks like we have scheduled a non-conference game with UNC
Opps - there goes your claim that Auburn doesn't schedule patsy games. :lol:
:lol: Barely into the 2nd quarter UNC 0, Wake Forest, Wake Forest! 14 21.

20 minutes into the game, no UNC 1st downs!

9 min. into the 3rd UNC sacked x 5, 0 for 11 on 3rd down. This one may be historic.

Wake Forest remembered who they were. Then UNC royally screwed up clock mgmt. in their final drive. If you sat real still you could hear the entire state asking when basketball season starts.

Still in the 1st half and the game is tied, but I'll go out on limb and guarantee that the Cougars will win. :D

Crap, Houston lost but beat the spread by 2 with a drive and TD with 2:20 left. 6 out of our 19 got it right.

Clock management was somewhere off in Wes Miles land.

Speaking of Lester, his team won yesterday.

Terps remembered who they are. :(

The Ohio St Vegas spread widened. I posted here (since deleted) that I was switching to Ohio St -16. However, I forgot to actually do so :oops: . OSU 51, IND 10, grrr.

Pitt lost but beat the spread. This was my most oddball game, 16 of 19 got it wrong.

I start off 1-4. The leaders are 3-2, could be worse.

My next most oddball games with 14 picking different from me in each are:
Kent St +35.5 @(8)Auburn
@UCLA +23 (5)Oklahoma

USC lost in OT.

Go @(17)UCF -7.5 Stanford
UCF 45, STAN 27. Too bad Stanford doesn't suck a little less this year, can't count this as a quality win.
Bama 47-23. SC +25, which I picked, beat the spread on a garbage TD with just 11 seconds left. Earlier in the 4th AL missed an EP, thus making it a spread win for SC rather than a push. 11 players got this wrong. :thumbup:

I picked Arizona St +14 @(18)Michigan St.
As time ran out, Mich St 42 yd FG to tie 10-10 but no, 12 men on the field, 47 yd FG try missed! :thumbup: Bye-bye rankings, gymnast molesters.

I’m 4-6, tied for 7th, 3 points out of the lead. With 8 games left I can still take solo 1st if I go 8-0.

Yeah, but Stanford has won 9 or more games every year for the past five years or so. How would UCF know they'd bag this year?
