What are you listening to?

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

What are you listening to?

Unread post by Ulysses »

A friend sent me a link to this great duet by Delibes. I remember hearing the refrain portion of this for years as the intro for a segment on a local classical music radio station as far back as the 1960's.

It's called the Flower Duet.

It's very soothing.

It may also be one of the best expressions of the French language in song.

Nice, but if we're talking about a "best expression of the French language in song" I'd have to nominate Edith Piaf and "Non, je ne regrette rien"
