Added: she appears to be very active on Facebook which explains a lot.
Amy Lynn Holt, longtime Henderson County resident, business owner and School Board member, filed paperwork Thursday to run for the office of District I Henderson County commissioner.
While still early in the campaign season, and with the November 2022 General Election more than a year away, Holt, a Republican, said in a news release that announcing her intent to run now was crucial, allowing her to hear from county residents....
RepuQ, figures.
Does not listing a degree or graduation year for "Miami Dade College" indicate a dropout in NSAbook world?
Hometown: Homestead, Florida
Florida, figures.
I wouldn't think that our email exchange would help her campaign, but I doubt that I'll bother doing anything with it.

She's dumber than dirt and takes bait. You could have a lot of fun with that!

Thanks again for the wonderful comments. You don't disappoint.
I will pray for you tonight.

Henderson County Board of Public Education
Thanks again for your ongoing whiny infantile sarcasm, along with your laughable and blasphemous passive-aggressive exploitation of God. You Qidiots don't disappoint, you're that predictable.
Given your utter disdain for science and public health, I will reason for you tonight.

I figure she's trumpier than trump.....cannot stand to let any critical comment stand without stupidly refuting it with, likely as not, even more blatant ignorance. I may have to start writing to this woman myself. Hell, if she likes Vrede too's comments, she'll really get a kick from mine.

You are the master.
You both could write the Board about the mask policy, give your old addresses and see what happens.
Making a mask "optional" is ridiculous from any perspective. First, in almost all situations, nobody is going to prohibit a kid/person from wearing a covid mask (except maybe in Florida), so it is always "optional." But of most note, "optional" never works. During the pandemic, we've been in a bunch of places in 9 or so states. Every place, without fail, that did not have a mandatory mask requirement has basically no masks. It wasn't half, it wasn't a quarter. It was hardly any. And even if you apply some wishful and erroneous thinking "logic" to that, like "I won't wear a mask anymore because if it were really important they'd require it," it's still a bad policy. If people had understood the value of masks from early on and adopted the practice to be in their own interest, there would never have had to be any mask mandates. If you're the school administrator and you recognize that masks are beneficial, and you'd like kids to wear them but you know they won't do so on their own accord, your choices are (1) require them; or (2) accept that your school will be less safe by intent.
The possible downside to masks is that the "smash and grab" thieves seem to be using masking as a way to conceal their identities from doorbell and security cameras and have grown ever more brazen in their larcenies. The solution so far is not to leave anything visible inside a car, and so far the local news stations seem to be indicating the primary targets are rental cars in touristy areas like Fisherman's Wharf. Which area I haven't been to since in decades. Assaults seem to have increased everywhere, though.
"Who was that masked man?"
It always looked funny to me for people to stand there talking to the Lone Ranger acting as if it were the most ordinary thing for a guy to wear a Mardi Gras mask all the time.

What you say applies triply to kids. None would ever want to be among the very few wearing masks, even if they understood the importance and weren't bothered by them.
A California police officer died of COVID-19 while he was on leave for not meeting San Francisco’s Nov. 1 vaccination deadline, according to media outlets.
San Francisco Police Department Officer Jack Nyce tested positive for the virus on Nov. 2 and died Saturday, Nov. 6, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Tested positive the day after the deadline set in his own interest, there's a message in that.
His symptoms were so severe on Nov. 6 that he was taken to a hospital in an ambulance and died later that day....
Police told NBC Bay Area that Nyce was one of 41 police officers placed on leave for not being vaccinated by the city’s deadline of Nov. 1.
On Oct. 19, San Francisco Mayor London Breed said in a tweet that the requirement that city workers, including police, get vaccinated was issued in July. She added that employees who did not meet that deadline would be suspended without pay and could be separated from the city after a due process hearing.
Police Lt. Tracy McCray, vice president of the San Francisco Police Officers Association, told the Chronicle that Nyce was on a 30-day stint of paid administrative leave at the time of his death. Employees who have not complied with the mandate by Nov. 13 will be shifted to unpaid administrative leave, the Chronicle reported....
The Department of Human Resources said that 98% of city employees had been vaccinated as of Monday, Nov. 8, NBC Bay Area reported.
CV-19 will get the unvaccinated whether they are naughty or Nyce.

It always looked funny to me for people to stand there talking to the Lone Ranger acting as if it were the most ordinary thing for a guy to wear a Mardi Gras mask all the time.
Having a maskless large Indian who has survived whitey disease on numerous occasions was the Lone Ranger's ace in the hole.

Also, homoerotic S&M was more common in the Old West than Hollywood generally showed us. The Lone Ranger was groundbreaking that way. Hi-Yo, Silver!

Let's not forget Batman and Robin often hopelessly bound to an appendage of some large machine while wearing tights and struggling against ropes. Those boys just couldn't stay out of trouble.

I never saw those comics but remember the tv show. Especially the fight scenes when they would show big balloons with stuff like "Bam" and "Splat" and "Ooof" that had that subliminal masochist sexual tint to it. I did like when Julie Newmar was the Catwoman. I'd let her beat me all night and then go to school in the morning. She was the bomb, and also about six feet tall. Bam, Ooof, Splat.

Don't forget Batgirl in her skin tight suit too!
That'd make some great porn.
