Ruth's Chris is fairly pricey, but they do serve some great food. Good date place - not so much for a quick bite.

I ate at the Atlanta Buckhead location back in the day. It was good but pricey and also fairly unimaginative.
For the $$ I can do better, especially for date night if I'm trying to impress.

Morton's is probably better, but really, we don't do much steak out or at home. And of course, there's been no "out" for a couple of years.

Re: Ok, T-bone or Prime Rib
Well, I imagine with beef prices soaring, and their use of prime grade, it's getting even more pricey now.
So I probably won't drive 30 miles to pay $50 for a steak dinner. Just guessing at the price. Might be more, or less. I suppose I could call and ask the local version for their prices.
I suppose it could be a good date restaurant, though. There is that. But then I'm a pretty good cook myself.

Awww. , Useless. So much for "Ignored". You fail again. Plus, Useless, you've been busted too many times for anyone to believe you're not reading my posts, anyhow. It's just your excuse for cowering. Awww.

They may have paid it back.

20 million in ppp because they're special.
"The steakhouse chain has more than 150 locations and $86 million in cash reserves—and it furloughed workers."
To me they're just another chain restaurant. There's plenty better.

Couldn't read the article - it insisted on setting up an "account" - which I have a burner email address for, but I didn't deal with them. Did it say anything you didn't cover in your post?

Re: Ok, T-bone or Prime Rib
Well, today I finally broke down and bought a tray of four boneless choice rib eye steaks at Costco. $14/lb. Yikes.
Grilled one up for supper. It was good, but ... I've had better, at least more tender. Including choice from Costco. So I'm guessing that beef quality is down, at least around here. Maybe in a year or two things will get back to where they used to be?
There's always chicken.
Fish too, although I haven't been real big on fish for the past few years. Don't know why.
