Mar-a-Lardo airstrike.
Right you are, the lifelong cowardly sore loser left before the inauguration.
Yup.Regardless of the ludicrous argument they make, she'll slow walk it. The Supremes gave him the argument and booted the decisions back to the lower courts to be re-appealed back up to the Supremes in a couple of years.

Loose Cannon and the most corrupt SCOTUS ever are running the table on American justice and limitations on dictatorship.

This country is effed up.
As we move forward in Uniting our Nation after the horrific events on Saturday, this dismissal of the Lawless Indictment in Florida should be just the first step, followed quickly by the dismissal of ALL the Witch Hunts — The January 6th Hoax in Washington, D.C., the Manhattan D.A.’s Zombie Case, the New York A.G. Scam, Fake Claims about a woman I never met (a decades old photo in a line with her then husband does not count), and the Georgia “Perfect” Phone Call charges. The Democrat Justice Department coordinated ALL of these Political Attacks, which are an Election Interference conspiracy against Joe Biden’s Political Opponent, ME. Let us come together to END all Weaponization of our Justice System, and Make America Great Again!

So Menedez is guilty on all counts. Has anybody heard Trump complaining about crooked judges or weaponized justice department?

Good advice, but most legal analysts I've read say (as do I) that there's no evidence that Fani's relationship presented any conflict nor was there evidence of wrongdoing that would disqualify her from the case. This is just more Trump drag and delay strategy that accomplishes nothing but drag and delay.Vrede too wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 9:57 amFani hijacked itneoplacebo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 8:49 amAnd just for good measure, the GA case is also hijacked....I read this morning that oral arguments will be held in December to determine if DA Willis will be removed from the case. Even the perception of impropriety should be avoided. His paying for lavish items with taxpayer money he received through Fani has a bad look to it, whether or not it technically impinges upon the case at hand.O Really wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 10:23 amGood advice, but most legal analysts I've read say (as do I) that there's no evidence that Fani's relationship presented any conflict nor was there evidence of wrongdoing that would disqualify her from the case. Re: Trump on Trial
Technicalities matter.
You've got several issues: (1) whether Fani bedded him; (2) whether he was qualified to be hired; (3) whether he did anything wrong while working; (4) whether any of that had an impact on the prosecution of the case.
Peeling the onion, was he qualified for the job? Apparently so, nobody has said otherwise that I know. If he had been hired but Fani didn't bed him, would his hiring have been okay? Don't know why not - nothing requires hires to be strangers and IRL most people get hired from personal relationships of some sort. So it comes down to Fani creating a tabloid scandal opening the door for all sorts of shading.
Fine. So she's up for re-election, if the voters don't want her, she'll be booted. Or if the Georgia bar thinks she's had a serious breath of ethics, they can sanction her. But nothing disqualifies her for continuing to do her job - including this case.

Well, it sure wasn't a good idea to hire your lover to work with/for you in any capacity, but the fact is that whatever those two do in their personal lives has no bearing or relevance with regard to what crime was committed.....the crime was done despite who is fucking who or when such fucking is being done. And if I'm not mistaken, she asked three men to join this case; the first two declined.Vrede too wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 9:57 amFani hijacked itneoplacebo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 8:49 amAnd just for good measure, the GA case is also hijacked....I read this morning that oral arguments will be held in December to determine if DA Willis will be removed from the case. In other TRE45QN trial news:
If the Trump classified documents case is reinstated, Judge Aileen Cannon would be difficult to remove
Even after a year of exasperating proceedings that featured several breaks from normal judicial procedure and that culminated in a shock ruling dismissing the classified documents indictment against Donald Trump, prosecutors would face deeply unfavorable odds at getting Judge Aileen Cannon removed from the case if it is ever revived.
In theory, special counsel Jack Smith could ask the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals – which oversees federal appeals from Florida – to reassign the case to a different judge as part of his appeal of Cannon’s ruling to dismiss the charges against the former president.
But several veteran attorneys who practice in that circuit told CNN that the appeals court would be unlikely to grant such a request, even though Cannon’s justification for throwing out the prosecution was widely panned by legal scholars....

Not sure. Last I heard, the traitors' lawyers are still whiining about stuff the DA has done, none of which is against the law. But I'm sure the new improved immunity thing will be used by the traitors' lawyers as soon at the time is right.Vrede too wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2024 3:10 pmI haven't heard much about the GA trials recently.
