I think Cairo, Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Mombasa, Lagos, Nairobi, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and others can handle it. It's not like big concerts and other events are unheard of.

If true it would have had to be years ago before she was as big as she is now. The video doesn't give any clue as to the year, I don't think.
