Not only is it dumb on the surface, it's the name of a guy who has no significant presence in Buffalo NY, and who got his name by killing buffalos - a contest who could kill the most in 8 hours and a total of close to 5,000 overall. So if the team wants Bill Cody's name, they get his baggage.
