Looks like your snow personal drought is about to end.
Snow accumulating 1 to 3 inches on Friday. I'll try to get a handle on my excitement. Sunday Sunny. High near 40F. Opps.

Perfect.

We had an inch or two last Friday, it'll be on the ground for weeks.

Didn't get any here, but the AVL airport broke a 997 day measurable snow drought.

You are the bearer of glad tidings! The airport supposedly broke the snow drought on Dec 3, but it had been 1035 days here, since Jan 2022. There's barely an inch on the ground, but that's barely an inch more than we've had for 3 years. It's not snowing now, but we're maybe getting 4" tonight. 32 tomorrow, so no melting until it's in the 40s Sun and Mon.

Freezing rain :puke-left: . Power loss is possible. If so I am prepared and will return ASAP.

Still there, yep. It's going... slowly. I have a roof, I have ceilings. Still so much to do. Insurance is taking their sweet ass time whenever a supplement is submitted so I think that's dragging things out. All good though.

Just 2" here. I don't do shallow-ass snow angels. Already melted completely away in sunny areas despite only reaching 33 °F. 50 °F on Monday, forecast says no snow for another 1035 days. :(

Desperate doggy might romp in two inches of sleety snow, but Montana Vrede don't play that.

Me and doggo would've gone for a nice walk anyways.

Kellog Nature Center?

Where's Vrede? (Hopefully out watching the Ravens!)

I don't think I'm eligible to participate in this discussion, but FWIW we do expect lows in the 40's.

:D That's important. We had a skiff of snow a couple of days. I guess the less than 3" so far this year, never lasting 24 hours, technically ends our 1000+ day snow drought  50s now, 60s in a couple of days.

So much for Groundhog Day having any relevance here.
