Michael Brown’s stepfather consoled the dead teen’s distraught mother after Monday’s controversial grand jury announcement and then turned to the crowd of demonstrators, saying, “Burn this motherf—er down” and “Burn this bitch down,” according to a New York Times video. https://www.cnn.com/2014/11/25/us/micha ... index.html
I wonder if they used molotov cocktails, it seems to be the weapon of choice for leftists. Toss and run like cowards. Some have to stop, drop and roll.

... “I noticed that there was one in Kingsport, one in Abingdon, one in Greenville and there was none in Johnson City,” said (Tim) McDowell. “So, I asked around and I learned that ‘Hands Off!’ was the sponsoring group and I registered with them. In about a day and a half, they approved our event, and that was Tuesday at 11 p.m. So between Tuesday at midnight, basically, and now, we’ve gotten this many people–it looks like it’s going to be 200.”
... One participant in the protest, Lisa Myers, said she came out to participate after seeing how decisions made by the government were worse than what she had expected and deemed Trump as “one of the worst people imaginable.” She added she hoped the protest would encourage people in the community “to speak up.”...
Another group of protesters gathered in Johnson City on Saturday for the People’s Power Protest.
The event was held on People’s Street.
It included more than 15 organizations with the goal of bringing awareness to issues at the state and federal level.
Those participating held signs that said “Hands Off my Social Security,” and "Hungry Kids Over Greedy Billionaires."
"We're very concerned about the economy. The tariffs that President Trump has gone back and fourth on is wrecking havoc. It is a matter of right and wrong, not political parties. We have people here from all political parties. we're here united and wanting democracy and wanting what's best for the people of this nation," said Indivisible Tri-Cities Organizer, Terryl Yates.
Organizers also hosted a food drive at the event.

Yeah, you have to applaud them. They didn't set anything on fire.
Good for them. This state in general is a hotbed of ignorance. Good to know some are still cognizant. Just today I got another of Marsha Blackburn's emails. It was titled "Continuing to Fight Biden's Lies" and of course it was total bullshit.....also more than half a dozen videos of her on tv (all from Fox News) and some pics of her with "citizens" that for some reason had no Blacks in them at all. Mostly a bunch of old white people who appear to be five days away from dissolving into dust. I can't wait to vote against her later this year if we last that long.

Stay inside when it's windy outside. Avoid the beach.

Opps! I thought she was up again this year. Hell, this means I'll be exposed to more of her nonsense.
5 1/2 years of Marsha Blackburn's emails, at least.
I could have sworn I voted against her in 2020 the last time I voted against her. But apparently it was 2024. It's hard to remember precise time when you're on drugs. But, hell, even if it were in 2020 she's still not up again this year. See what I mean about definite time stuff?
