I wouldn't count on it. Over the years a number of pols have attempted unscheduled, unannounced 'site visits'. They're lawfully stopped, get a minor prosecution or not, are never sentenced to jail, and that's pretty much the end of it.

You may be right, but he is the mayor of Newark and a guberntorial candidate plus there were a bunch of pissed off congresscritters with him that couldn't be arrested because it's part of their oversight responsibilities. Bet they would've been arrested otherwise.

I can't tell fer sure, but it does look like he's on the street.
