There are 21 states in which adultery is a crime. In Wisconsin and Michigan it's a felony.

So depending on the particulars of Trump's affair with Daniels, it might or might not be a crime, and if it is, then attempting to cover it up by paying off Daniels may be obstruction of justice.

Might be a stretch, though. It might take Melania claiming to be a victim, and would take a willingness to prosecute, a jury willing to convict, and courts willing to uphold constitutionality.
