Our little community is no longer a secret. We have been here 28 years and the growth is strong. The weather and beauty of the area are obvious.

The economy is healthy and diverse. I believe our three largest industries are agriculture, tourism and serving senior citizens. The great majority of our new residents are upper middle class and have many service desires and needs. The crime in Henderson County is very low compared to other communities.

All of these features create a magnet for folks.
