No one with a brain believes federal numbers on anything anymore - tariffs, employment, deficit, LEOs, immigration, economy, pollution, AGW and sea level rise, windmills and Israeli birdlife, crypto, ballroom, golf scores, mentions in the Epstein files and so on.

While the interest credit card companies charge are outrageous the government has no place getting involved. It is a difficult situation. Much of the problem comes from individuals not paying their bills and the credit cards companies riding down the street throwing cards out to anyone who finds them.

I guess we'll all be eating grass and tree bark before long.....trump is trying to get rid of the Fed chair and I think he wants to install that impish clown Kevin Hassett. He's one of the few who agree with trump that foreign countries pay trump's tariffs. Kevin will be as good a Fed chair as the bum at the corner passed out with a bottle of wine, half of which is spilled on his pants.
