Hunting. The topic is hunting, and Butt Ugly still can't discuss a topic. Just more troll-bait cheerleading from the sidelines.Reality wrote:The GOP isn't running the show PBO. Have you noticed?

I use to do a lot of bird hunting... my GrandDad trained dogs and we hunted often..
I'm from the Yadkin/Pee Dee basin area of NC and the place is literally overrun with dear.. When I lived and hunted there I used a Marlin 336 30-30.. .. Still have it..just don't hunt any longer.. I did take it out a couple of years ago to let my daughter shoot it..

That's one of my choices also, I always used the iron sights since I bought it 20 yrs. ago and was able to hit paper at 100 yards. Due to surgery recently and having to switch eyes/sides I was talked into adding a scope. I just don't know about a scope on a lever action.Crock Hunter wrote:I use to do a lot of bird hunting... my GrandDad trained dogs and we hunted often..

Say, Stinger---didn't you leave someone out? What would you call this post by neoplacebo? Would you not consider this to be "Just more troll-bait cheerleading from the sidelines?" Be fair and spread your words of wisdom wisely.neoplacebo wrote: Lies and bullshit (and fearmongering) aren't weapons. Re: Hunting
I sort of think saying that Chrysler is sending Jeep production to China, and saying that Obama is a threat to Western Christian morals and values is a truck load of lies and bullshit with a lot more behind those. But some people like that stuff.....I bet you're one of them. I bet you voted for lies and bullshit.

I'm not a hunter. I do my hunting at Ingles. While I'm in there I avoid lies and bullshit.

Re: Hunting
I would call that a response to Butt Ugly's troll-baiting inanities. You left out "still can't discuss a topic," with the difference being that neoplacebo regularly discusses the topic and only infrequently starts or responds to the troll baiting, whereas the only thing Butt Ugly ever does is his little troll-baiting cheers from the sidelines.Leo Lyons wrote:Say, Stinger---didn't you leave someone out? Other then Turkey I don't do birds. I don't even think lead is legal in most states and I know no one who uses lead!

While it’s important not to forget your federal duck stamp and approved shells rather than lead shot
I don't use it so it wouldn't matter much to me.

Didn't read it. As a NRA life endowment member I would agree that lead is bad and if they ask I would say so.Vrede wrote:So, do you disagree with the NRA's defense of lead?
