America's Got Talent

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

The audience put the 15-year-old singer through, she is pretty good. That's now 3 mid-teen girl singers, a man and a woman singer, a family trio and 2 choirs that are in the semis. Hang in there, Courtney Hadwin.

The judges put Da Republik dance group through, 3-1  . Maybe Dominicans and other international and US Hispanics are a better market niche than techie artists. :D There are now 2 foreign dance groups in, the other is Filipino and I like them both. They are the only dancers in the semis so far.

10 of the 14 acts in the semis so far are singers or dancers, not what I would like to see when there are so many other talents. The four: Close-up Magician (I like him), Stand-up Comedienne, Stand-up Comedian (not a comic fan, myself), Trapeze Duo (I like them, don't think they'll win, may die trying).

I think just one more week of quarterfinals.
