I think most of all of those polls were online, voluntary, unscientific snap polls.billy.pilgrim wrote:They have their own polls. Most show an 80/20 win for thumper ...
No matter how garbage the poll, if it shows that Donald Trump won the debate, he’ll endorse it

Re: Trump
The Donald continued to play to his own chorus, and I wouldn't expect any of them to desert him. But for anyone else, not so much. He had much criticism but few plans, other than bringing more "law and order." He had many of the type of facial expressions and mannerisms that have been losers before (e.g. Gore eye-rolling and sighs), and his thin skin showed on anything personal. Provided with an opportunity to improve on some controversial issues, he generally just doubled down.
He also had that annoying sniff...sniff whenever he spoke. Maybe he's always done that, but since I rarely listen to him I hadn't noticed. Something like that could be as negative as a sweaty five o'clock shadow.
Hillary, on the other hand, made a credible effort to offer something to everyone, and managed to look reasonably personable doing it.

Re: Trump
Trump won or nearly won many online polls. Probably through his supporters voting en masse or using scripts to vote Trump as the winner of the debates. Trump agrees he won the debate.
The hilarious irony of all of this is how it may hurt Trump during the next debate. Convinced he won the first, it'll now be much more difficult for Trump's advisors to get him to change his performance during the next, as Trump may he convinced he needs to stay the course due to his tremendous victory.
Hah!

Re: Trump
The two credible scientific polls I've see say that Hillary won handily, around 2 to 1. It's funny reading the Trumpettes citing those unscientific polls.

Re: Trump
The sillliest
I've seen is the conspiracy theory that Hillary was being fed tips about pending questions via a "wire" . . .

"I don’t believe that was Hillary in debate. Do side by side comparisons with this Hillary and the one on 9/11 who collapsed or the one with her erratic eye movements from last week:
No moles on upper right side of mouth, no turkey neck, actress weighs 30 pound less, actress looks to be about 55 not 68, voice is higher pitched than Hillary’s, actress much more animated and lively than Hillary. The woman in debate is not a seriously ill woman, Hillary is. She showed no authentic emotional stress in situation. I’ve worked with actors many times and the woman in the debate is an imposter. We need someone to do a voice print analysis and side by side picture comparisons on a large monitor. Mine is only 7″ but I could see almost immediately that this was not Hillary Clinton in debate. All the answers were stock, well rehearsed, nothing of a special personal perspective that would reveal her 30 in public affairs. The actress has done an outstanding job studying Hillary, her movements, her attitudes, her voice. This woman I believe to be the same one who was on the plane in Greensboro. Look at any major actor who has appeared in a biopic mimicking the real person to understand how perfectly this can be accomplished. Although male, not female, the example that comes immediately to mind is Joaquin Phoenix playing Johnny Cash in Walk the Line and the actor singing Johnny Cash songs himself. The match is uncanny."
