Hey Banni...! That's neat! How'd you do that? I disabled my Adblock and logged back in.....you fed our cursors ExLax...they're poopin' little red plus marks! Move the cursor around in circles and shower the reply box with a thousand poopies!
I can type in y'all's screen names, move the cursor above the names and have a jolly ol time dumpin' on y'all! Don't take much to amuse me, ya know.
Oh well, fun while it lasted; back to Adblock.

I have no "glitter" when I enable my adblock; it's only there when adblock is disabled.Vrede wrote:I have Adblock, the "glitter" is still there.
You'll have to chastise Banni for that one...

What part of "I've got the Super Doppler---Now! in High Definition!---Sky Watch-Sooper Dooper Plus version" did you miss?Vrede wrote: "Must be a different AdBlock version or browser. I applaud your successful glitter denial."

So if I say I don't have glitter, I'm successfully lying :?:
If I recall, you also gloated over my not knowing how to get rid of the magnifying glass that apparently only you could see.
Maybe I'm a little techier than we both thought...or maybe I'm just a liar?

It's funny that you mention the magnifying glass. As is the norm I immediately admitted my error, something you almost never can manage to do. It's funny when your whines serve to highlight your own failings, it happens a lot.

Ted Cruz? The guy who wants the federal government out of everyone's lives? Who doesn't want the "Washington elite" to have any power, leaving it all to the states? The one who just yesterday told a crowd that he was glad to be out of Washington and "back in America?"

Turned on my PC this a.m., logged in here, and there it was....Banni's glitter in all it's glory. I checked to see if my adblock was off; it wasn't. Cute.Mr.B wrote: "I have no "glitter" when I enable my adblock; it's only there when adblock is disabled."

Alabama's Top Judge: State Doesn't Have to Allow Gay Marriage
Stupid, backward, cracker-ass, baptist sunsobitches. I'm gonna start telling people I'm from Oregon.

To borrow from Vrede: Tick-tock, all you redneck hater trash. Tick tock.
And someone step on this fucktard asshole of a state "Supreme" Court judge.

I don't recall Vrede ever making a statement like that. He's a better person than that.Boatrocker wrote: "To borrow from Vrede: Tick-tock, all you redneck hater trash. Tick tock.

So what's your stake in this SCOTUS decision since you're in such a highly venomous, hate-filled mood?
What's the point in any state having law-making bodies if the SCOTUS says they have no right to make any laws; even if the voters approved such a law?"Alabama voters approved a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in 2006."
Funny thing here....more and more straights are shunning marriage and "shacking up" and popping kids out like rabbits. We the taxpayers are supporting those illegitimates through various government programs...yet "gays" are clamoring to marry....maybe they ought to just find out the secret to being a dead-beat just like their straight counterparts.

Re: The homophobic thread :>
I actually do have some folks- in laws, actually- back in LA who are watching this and considering marriage. They are not even formally "out" yet, though it is an open secret and they virtually live together already. Long story. They have been avoiding any formal announcement due to redneck/fundamentalist/pentacostal issues in the family, and may just wait for some parents to die off before they do anything. Long story, for another place and time.Vrede wrote: . . . Boatrocker, this may interest you or people you know . . . .
But, yeah, we are all aware and watching. We have already given them our encouragement and support. They are fine people.

The Supremes didn't say states have no right to make any laws. But states can't make any laws (including state constitutional amendments) that violate the US Constitution.Mr.B wrote: What's the point in any state having law-making bodies if the SCOTUS says they have no right to make any laws; even if the voters approved such a law?

Boatrocker, if your "in-laws" in LA want to marry, doesn't California give "gays" right to marry?Vrede wrote:Mr.B wrote:I don't recall Vrede ever making a statement like that. He's better than that.
I agree with Boatrocker's post, and my language here has become less restrained since you've become way more vulgar, Mr.B. It's too late for you to be the Church Lady. Pick another drag queen (nttawwt) persona.
I guess I thought you were better than that; I got fooled. I can't pick another name; the name Vrede's done been took.
What's the point in any state having law-making bodies if the SCOTUS says they have no right to make any laws; even if the voters approved such a law?
Mr.B misses Jim Crow or, at the very least, learned nothing from its demise.
What's Jim Crow got to do with my question?

Funny thing here....Mr.B still opposes SSM despite part of their motivation being so that their children can be part of a more stable family unit.
I oppose homosexuality. If they want to "marry", that's their business. That still doesn't explain my comment above. Are you saying that illegitimate children can't be part of a more stable family unit??[/quote
