Funny. But it does pose an interesting question. Where are the prez's records, and why wasn't anything mentioned about them or ever mentioned publicly about them until now? What stirred Trump's interest about them to make them worth $5MM?

The righties have been asking for the transcripts for years. to my knowledge, no president has ever made his transcripts public.
hell, rmoney won't even show his tax returns, as most have done in recent times

It's not a liberal thing. You can play. We'll simplify the question. What do you think Trump think is in the transcripts, if anything; and what could possibly be in 20-year old college transcripts to make any difference?scooter wrote:So why is the liberal camp here, so fired up? Uh, googuzzler . . . there has been an official, certified State of Hawaii as-legal-and-official-as-any-birth-certificate-can-be birth certificate, vouched for by the Republican governor and Republican head of the state health department on display since June 2008, as well as the birth announcements in the Hawaii papers, just like all the other children who were born in Hawaii in 1961.gongoozler wrote:He's the master at the spotlight; however, he's also rich enough to shake something loose. After all, he's the ONLY person on the planet that could get a birth certificate out of the president.keyboarder wrote:Trump loves the spotlight.
Couple that with the fact that there's not one credible shred of evidence to the contrary.
It's not Obama's fault that some people were too stupid to accept the facts. Apparently, over half the Republican party is still that stupid. LINK
It's amazing the effort some will go to to remain ignorant and stupid.

Where are the prez's records? There in confidential files where every single other students' files are. Why should Obama's files be treated any differently?scooter wrote:Donald Trump, the impossibly coiffed real estate mogul, reality TV star and de facto leader of the "birther" movement, made his "big announcement" about President Barack Obama on Wednesday, saying he would give $5 million to a charity of Obama's choice in exchange for the release of the commander in chief's college records and passport application.

It's against federal law to release a student's records to the public.
The interesting question is why do people care what the president did in college 30 years ago.
The interesting question is why anything has been mentioned about them at all.
Another interesting question is why are Pubs indignant because they can't see private records.
Another interesting question is why they think they should see Obama's transcript when no other U.S. president has ever released his college transcripts.
Another interesting question is why aren't Pubs demanding to see Willard's tax returns since every candidate since his father ran in 1968 has released tax returns.
Another interesting question is why do Pubs keep asking such dumb questions?

And why can't they ever figure out when they're being taken for a ride.?

Donald Trump is proof that just because you made a lot of money doesn't mean you have any common sense. Yes, Donald Trump and Mitt Romney are a lot alike. Because they have money and we don't, they are obviously smarter than we are, and we should worship them and believe everything they say and even vote for them when they run for office.Brother wrote:Donald Trump is proof that just because you made a lot of money doesn't mean you have any common sense. Line from Stinger's post. "Where are the prez's records? There (sic) in confidential files where every single other students' files are. Why should Obama's files be treated any differently?"
Ans. All those other students are not running for POTUS. That answer sound familiar? If it does you have used it often enough when something similiar comes up about Romney.

At least you're trying to address a topic instead of your usual cowardly sniping at other posters because YOU can't keep up.
Now, it's time to rub your nose in your incompetence.
The poster asked where the president's records are. I answered that they were in federally protected files, just like every other college and former college student in the United States. They're right where they belong.
There is no precedent for releasing a POTUS's college transcripts. No POTUS has ever released his college transcripts. Romney hasn't released his college transcripts.
Obama's files should be treated exactly like every other students' files AND like every other presidents' files.
The point is that Obama's files should not be treated any differently from any other students' or any other presidents' files. There is no reason for a sudden exception to the rules solely for Obama.
Sorry you were too dim to get that.
On the other hand, there is a long-established precedent for releasing tax returns. Every candidate has released tax returns, going back to 1968 and GEORGE ROMNEY!
Too bad Willard's not the man of integrity that his dad was.
You probably should go back to your incessant carping. Your failed attempt to address a topic didn't work out so well.

I was speaking for you since you don't do English. I obviously don't believe anything Trump says -- I posted the Kool Aid man to show what I thought of him. Just trying to voice your reason for supporting Romney and Trump.Colonel Taylor wrote:Stinger wrote:
