Sometimes it's true, sometimes not, but I personally hold the US to a higher standard of civil rights than Malasia or Germany. If the US and Canada (and their companies and entertainers) only traded with or went to countries that followed "our" standards, it would be a pretty lonely life. A state or city that is not living up to what US citizens are entitled to by virtue of the Constitution, on the other hand, is certainly fair game for criticism from citizens or companies.
The point in the meme of Brucie was to do exactly as intended; point out his hypocrisy. Pissing and boycotting his performance over a law passed in a U.S. state, then performing in a locale that has stricter anti-homosexual laws is low and hypocritical.

I've been here nearly from the get go. Honestly what usually happens is vrede and whomever he is debating will go back and forth, the other person will get salty and leave for an echo chamber. This is how it typically goes from my observations.

I disagree with some of the posters here from time to time but we've all remained cool.

Good points. From what I've observed, Vrede is like the proverbial snapping turtle that won't let go until "lightning strikes",
i.e., he's going to get in the last word no matter what; and he excels in his vocabulary of insults. I noticed that in my absence,
he baited a few posts in an attempt to see if I was following his comments.
