Or they'll call it "current policy" (like they did with the big tax cut extension) and claim it costs nothing. I'm thinking of going down to my bank and telling them that my current policy is to have at least two thousand dollars in my check account, but I just took out fifteen houndred and feel that based on current policy I feel that my balance is still two thousand. I'm figuring on wearing my fish slap mask on that visit.
