But Trump has appointed:

- Lieutenant General and noted nutjob Michael Flynn for national security adviser

Competing for Secretary of State:

- General - and actually guilty of what Trump accused Hillary of - David Petraeus
- Admiral James Stavridis

Meanwhile the lesser positions like Housing, Education and Labor are going to folks with zen-like perfection in being unqualified (Ben Carson, who has never had a government position, will run Housing and Urban Development) or people who have essentially sworn to destroy those departments (Education, Labor, etc.)

And of course between Trump, Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway and the rest they're working to destroy the press. Communicating directly through social media and Breitbart with no press to question what they say.

Erdoğan had already purged the generals except for his own loyalists. The coup that nevertheless happened, was by lower level officers. And given how it's been used to jail reporters, judges and others on a grand scale, Erdoğan probably arranged the coup.

There's plenty of race & religion politics involved too, with the Kurds as the Trump-equivalent Muslims/Mexicans/Blacks. And I doubt there's any shortage of billionaires backing Erdoğan.

Let me tell you something, you pandering, non-citizen busy-body. I voted for Obama because I felt he was the better of the two choices, IMHO. I voted for Trump because I felt he was the better of the two choices, IMHO. I'm not proud of either decision, but neither did I relish the thought of their opponents becoming POTUS.

I wouldn't give you two cents for Hillary, Obama, or Trump; I certainly am no follower or "supporter"® of Trump either; but, despite his loony-ness,
he beats he the hell out of what Hillary ever had a dream of accomplishing.

So, you can take your "alt-right trumpsucker BS" and stick it where it feels the most good to you.
