Her two Dem NJ senators held it up.
There are some powers senators have that we, the folks, are not aware of.

U.S. Senators have the power to hold up the confirmation of someone to a position in their state. It's not a secret.

As with judges that's tradition, not the law. The Grubby Old Pedophile majority could have ignored NJ's Dem Senators.

Now, who is holding up Krazy Kim's posting to Greece?

The Greeks?
Doesn't a country have to accept an ambassador?

Can a country reject an ambassador?

The designated person enjoys diplomatic immunity in the receiving state. As codified by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the state receiving the designated diplomat may refuse agrément without giving a reason, making the designated diplomat “persona non grata”.
Maybe Greece has informed TACO DonOLD informally in order to save him the embarrassment of a formal rejection of her credentials, and he has told the Senate GQP to skip it. -0-?

I agree. At a point in the past I saw the power first hand when an organization I was involved with had a sitting senator assist with an issue. Once involved, things moved very quickly.

A small victory for rule of law and a large humiliation for DonOld.

Why didn't the Senate confirm her? Are there covert rebel RepuQs or do they all want her back in DC that badly?
As far as i know, she was never officially nominated. That's why her 120 days are up.

Yeah, she was. The Senate had 120 days to confirm her and then the judges took over. They installed a replacement, then Bondage fired the replacement. It's all a big clusterfuck now. I suppose that unqualified idiot HabbaDabbaDoo could be nominated again, restarting the 120 day clock.

Doh! I knew there was never a confirmation vote in the Senate. But I thought she was appointed in an "acting" capacity and that some other person would be nominated. Looks like I was wrong.

I think her nomination is still pending, it's the "acting" part that's expired.

Unsure if she can be reappointed as a recess appointment.
