Mr.B's posts merely promote anti-tolerance and anti equality. It's his obsession with doing so that's telling.
His cherry-picking of Biblical rules for example. He's obsessed with the anti-gay rules, considering them sacrosanct. And then casually dismisses inconvenient rules like forbidding women from speaking in church, on the very next page.
That it's because he's gay is merely speculation. (Backed by the occasional scientific study and a lot of tradition.)
