Only nighttime pre-dawn raids I'm aware of have been in apartment buildings. When they're patrolling the streets and chasing down landscapers it's daytime.

They were in Wilmette, an affluent north shore burb two days ago chasing down landscapers.

Chicago Judge Has To Tell Border Official That Kids In Halloween Costumes Are Not A Threat
Gregory Bovino now has to meet with the judge daily to report on immigration operations in Chicago.
