So from my understanding the latest CR bill just passed by the Senate contains a policy rider pertaining to hemp derived THC, effectively ending the 2018 farm bill loophole.

For many years now, you've been able to by hemp derived THC products. Seltzers, edibles, THCA bud.

This bill effectively kills that entire industry. States like NC and SC will be affected.

Seems rather silly when that stuff's been on the market for a while now. Just legalize it already.

No idea if they've asked for TN roll data but if they did I'm sure Governor Lee would instruct all ninety some counties to comply.
