Anyone been following this? I back years ago said this case would disappear if at all possible. It's coming up on three years and yet another delay which the judge and prosecutor has agreed to and from what I hear it won't be till July before it's revisited? The one I was following and posted about back on the BR forum has just disappeared from the court system, GONE and this guy was guilty as HELL! He had the proper last name as some of these kids do.
Henderson County is very easy on sex crimes especially when kids are involved.
