The usually friendly feed turned its bark on Border Patrol.

WeRateDogs — the wholesome social media feed best known for its adorable ranking of cute pups out of 10 — has chewed out in one of its latest posts a tragic moment that came amid President Donald Trump’s anti-immigration crackdown.

The account, which Matt Nelson has run for the last decade, on Tuesday shared to its millions of followers on multiple platforms a KFOX14 article from last month on the alleged fatal shooting of a pet dog, a Rottweiler named Chop, by a plainclothes Border Patrol agent during a search of a home in El Paso, Texas.

“Do not open your door for these fucking losers,” We Rate Dogs commented on the news story.

“Rest easy Chop,” it added, scoring the animal a “14/10.”

The father of the dog’s owner said his son allowed agents to search the property and told them he’d put Chop in the bathroom because he could be aggressive, KFOX14 reported.

When agents asked for the man’s ID, he stepped out to his truck to get it, according to the report, but during that time, one entered the home, opened the bathroom door and shot the dog dead.

Asshole.

The family claimed agents told them the search had stemmed from an anonymous tip linked to the home’s former owner....

Idiots. Can't they check property records?

Also joining us was a Bernese Mountain dog puppy named Sampson at about a year old at 100 lbs. It was bouncing around like wtf? I've never been a smaller dog before.

Endangered animal spotted for first time in 100 years in ‘historic moment’

A gray wolf has been sighted in Los Angeles County for the first time in over a century.

The wolf, a three-year-old female, was spotted in the mountains north of Santa Clarita Saturday morning, marking the first sighting in the county since California’s wolf population was wiped out by hunters and trappers about a century ago.

The wolves returned to California in 2011 when a wolf ventured over the border from Oregon. BEY03F, born in 2023, has traveled over 370 miles south and officials believe she is seeking a mate and suitable habitat.
