For those interested in Styling the site ...
I've updated a few things and will work on the header for those who want something different (heck, I know y'all don't want to look at my cats). Just post a pic of what you want as a header pic and I'll create a Style for you all the while updating everything else.
Base Style (I update it sometimes 5 times a day and sometimes not at all ... depends on time):
http://userstyles.org/styles/77366/a-bl ... 1351553948
I can even change the background for you if you don't like Inspiration Point in the Channel Islands National Park.

Re: For those interested in Styling the site ...
Just Firefox 19.0a1, no Linux (though I do like playing around with it) but the Style should work on everything over Firefox 11 (even on Linux distros).
As I've mentioned, it's still a work in progress and pinpointing a few of the ".contentpadding" items are giving me fits as far as perfecting the Style ... still, I'll keep at it as time allows and others post different headers and backgrounds they might prefer.
Also, a good friend of mine wrote a great GreaseMonkey Script which I've edited for this site ...

Have you cleared this with Bannination?
I thought these boards were his brain-child, and personally, I for one, like them just the way they are.
Maybe some parliamentary procedure needs to come into play, like voting on a change?
Obama promised change too; and we got change alright!
Why fix something that ain't broke?
As for your cat for an avatar, wellllll......I do think they like mine better!

Don't need to. And, BTW, he doesn't mind.scooter wrote:Have you cleared this with Bannination?
Do your own Style if you can.
Just sayin' ... you really are frustrated. It's obvious.

AntiAlias, let him use your avatar. It is fitting for most and warning for the Rest of us. It is better than any of those guys are going to think up. They could lose the hammer flip the sickle then add a star. That should sum up mike's ideology.

Nothing wrong with Scooter's style (or this site's layout either). You are obviously the frustrated one here. Doesn't Catholicism condemn jerking off? You ought to be ashamed of yourself.mike wrote: Do your own Style if you can.

If it's my avatar that has mike all bent out of shape, perhaps he'd like one that will outshine mine.Tertius wrote:AntiAlias, let him use your avatar. Here ya are, mike, a new avatar; Don't ever say I haven't done anything for you.
(This one is 300x300 pixels. I'm sure you can find a way to reduce it down to a manageable size; the photo that is; not the babe in it!)

Mike, do whatever you want within the rules or agreement you have with Banni. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission.

What...? you think you've got the only ugly dog in the world? You're the one that's deceived!mike wrote:You cannot see the dog's eyes in the pic. You are deceptive and a liar.Leo Lyons wrote:Never trust a dog with funny-looking eyes!
Would I really lie about that...?
(Hey Scooter, never mind what I said about your taking a second look; he's too eaten-up on himself.)

mike's point is that you can edit the look of the forum yourself. Damn, you're dumb.Leo Lyons wrote:Who wants to look at your friggin' cats every time they log on? Another tag team. Someone's getting all upset because Mike called him on posting a phony avatar and pretending to be a woman.DooHickey wrote:Nothing wrong with Scooter's style (or this site's layout either). Is someone practicing on an anonymous forum before trying it out in real life, or is someone just extending private practices to the forum?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Additionally, I mentioned I would change the header pic for those posting something they would prefer as well as changing the background for those wanting something different.Stinger wrote:You mean "those interested in" it? Also, if one were to actually read this thread, I also mentioned I'll post up a separate Style for them and update the rest of the CSS as I do so.

I don't think a picture of a stray cat does much for style.
