The Republican Party loudly and widely and constantly declares itself the party of Christian family values, to the point of open denial that those outside their party can be Christians. And were peachy keen with their party turning the country into a torture state - including the torture of many innocent people - followed up by their 2012 and 2016 candidate demanding the return of torture. And who when that conflict in values is pointed out, will often quote Jesus and the Bible to justify torture.

For years they declared Obama and Hillary to be non-Christian and somehow anti-Christian - with the most wingnutty "proof" - wearing a pantsuit, etc. Now they declare Donald Trump - a casino owner, who brags about being able to walk in on naked teen-age girls because he runs the bikini contests - and multiple girls have confirmed that he does that - a guy who brags about being able get away with groping women - more confirmations from women that he does that - to be defender of the faith. A guy who openly stokes racial and religions fears for votes - or when a judge rules against him - and the Bible Belt, Quakers etc. vote for him declaring him to be the Christian candidate.

Pointing out the conflict in values there isn't jealousy and hatred, it's simply bewilderment that the conflict exists and many so-called Christians don't see it. For any real Christian, Hillary was the Christian candidate. An imperfect one to be sure, but far better than her opponent. And no worse than equal to any of the others in the Republican primaries.
