Yeah that's true, it's a little more refreshing.

Here's an idea:

Cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato. Put it into a blender and blend into a goopy slurry. Freeze into popsicles.

Now you have a healthy refreshing snack packed full of protein. Good for after a hard workout.

Substitute plain yogurt or sour cream for cottage cheese, leave the tomatoes chunky and you've got chilled cucumber soupcicles.

You guys remind me of the opinion of a friend of mine regarding bourbon and coke - it's a desecration to them both. To take one of New England's greatest culinary contributions and turn it into a popsicle is beyond words. "Ask not only if you can, but also if you should"
